I was given a Disney teapot as a gift a few years ago. I know next to nothing about it. The person who gave it to me just bought it for me because it was Disney. It is from the Disney Character Teapot Collection by Cardew Designs. I only know this because it says it on the bottom. :D Does anyone know anything about Cardew Designs, other teapots in the collection, and approximate worth? Thanks in advance.

Pics of a little teapot, short and stout...Collapse )

I have three obsessions in life: Disney, art, but most of all, God. I plan to attend an art college somewhere, then maybe work at a Disney theme park (preferably Disneyland).

Walt:

11) Why Walt? Many of my friends and I are dreamers, making up stories and scenarios, but never fleshed them out as much as Walt did. He could sense the magic of his stories, and made sure to bring each of them to life in a way everyone could understand and dream about with him.
12) Favorite Books on Walt: The only one I've read is "How to Be Like Walt" by Art Linkletter.
13) How Old Were You When You First Took An Interest in Walt? I was always a fan of Disney, but a year or two ago I became suddenly fascinated with the man behind the company.
14) Were You Ever Criticized For It? Hmm... maybe playful teasing, and probably a little bit behind my back, but I don't really pay much mind to it. When I find something I like or enjoy, I enjoy it to the fullest, and my crazed passion for some of my likings may scare some people. Haha.
15) Favorite Quote: Too many to choose from. Everyone seems to have taken mine. xP I did enjoy his Opening Day speech and Fantasyland dedication, however. Does that count?

I'm sure you all know about this already, but I am freaking excited about this and wanted to share it. Here's the link to sign up for D23- The Official Community for Disney Fans. I don't know about you, but I've been waiting for this since December, when Laughingplace.com put up a picture of a poster at the Burbank Studio. There has been lots of speculation, but it's finally here!! Enjoy!!

2) Age: 19
3) Location: (Northern) California
4) Hobbies: reading, traveling, photoshop, photography, watching Disney movies, going to Disneyland as often as possible.
5) Tell Us A Little About You: i like pop-tarts and disneyland. for a while, it was my life goal to eat pop-tarts inside of disneyland. on friday, the twenty-third of january, i acheived that goal; i ate one package of unfrosted strawberry pop-tarts while sitting in front of the statue and castle.

harry potter is the foundation of who i am today. i could honestly sit here for hours, days even, and just tell you about harry potter and how it's made such a huge impact on my life, and that still wouldn't be enough for you to understand.

8) Character: Max Goof and Wilbur Robinson.

Walt:

11) Why Walt? For some reason this question made me laugh. Why NOT Walt?
